When will I receive my items?
Your bathroom products will be dispatched within 3-5 working days once your payment is cleared. Our delivery team will contact you to confirm when you will receive your product.

What should I be aware of when my product is delivered?
There are two square opening on the box so you can open them to check the glass. While inspecting your product(s), if you hear broken glass, that would indicate the item is damaged. So, please DO NOT sign for the items . 

What should I do if my product is damaged in transit?
Please DO NOT sign for the items when you find it damaged. You will need to contact us by phone or email explaining what has occurred, we will arrange for a replacement.

If find there are damaged parts on the items ,what should I do?
if there are damaged parts on the items,please email us on aftersales@gembathrooms.co.uk . We will need photo(s) of the damaged part or state the index subject in the installation manual.We will send the replace parts to you as soon as possible.

Can you help if there are difficulties when I install the items?
Please feel free to email us on info@gembathrooms.co.uk we will try our best to solve the problem.

Can I pay cash or pick up the items from your warehouse?
Collections are only on Saturday, you will need to contact us to reserve a collection time.We do not accept cash on collection, PayPal or credit card are accepted .

What would I need to do if I do not have the full postal address?
Please visit http://maps.google.co.uk and input your postcode to find where is your house.then comparing with our delivery zone to check where are you and fill the right postage when you check out.Please notice ,once payment received completely ,we will arrange delivery for you within 5 working days.
How can I pay the extra for the Next working day service?
This Service is not available, due to high demand however if you contact us our team will be more than welcome to assist you with a solution.

How can I pay the extra if I'm not in your delivery zone1?
If you are not in our delivery zone1,you need to pay surcharge for the postage.Pls pay the extra by Sent money" option if you pay by Paypal. Pls state your Id in the title when you send the money so we can check it asap.

What type of shower enclosures do we sell?
We sell the following types of shower enclosures which range from: Quadrant, Walk In Shower, Corner Entry, Wetroom, Sliding Door Enclosures and many more.....

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds takes approximately 7 - 10 days.
When will I receive my bathroom products?
Accessories: 
Free postage to UK mainland exclude North Ireland. Normally we will send your product by royal mail 2nd class and you will receive it within 3-5 working days when your payment is cleared.
Bath Screens: 
We send medium products via TNT, City link. You will be sent an email when the item is dispatched and delivered the next working day, weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Shower Enclosures, Shower Doors, Shower Trays, Wet Rooms:
We send product by TNT, City link, Pallet line or our Van. Normally you will receive your product within 5-7 working days when your payment is cleared, our dedicated dispatch team will contact you to confirm the arrival date before dispatch.


Will I Receive A Phone Call For Delivery?
Due to the large volume of shower products we dispatch every day we can not call all customers to book delivery times. We will however always mark your item as dispatched. If you haven't received a call to arrange delivery, the courier will leave a card if he finds you not at home, with the contact details to call and arrange a suitable time.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, please leave us the new delivery address when checking out, if you've paid the items but forgot to change the address you will need to contact us within 24 hours via email to see if we can still change the address, this will depend upon how your item is to be delivered , as it may already have been dispatched.
